Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

dui and suspensions

in 1985 I received a dui, in 2004 I served48 hours and year suspension and ard for anther dui, 2005 driving suspended(2-48hrs. another year)year is up but I don't a car for interlock2007 suspended charge ( not to court yet) 2007 dui not to court yet. This whole things sounds horrible..but I'm driving to and from work EVERY time. Please give me ANY advise. I own a home and business that requires travel, and a part time job. I am sole provider for three teenage sons. I just need to work. Can I get house arrest and license for WORK ONLY?
