Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

again I have not had a DUI in over 13 years. I can not recall if I had 2 or 3 of them.....Will I be doing any Jail time or may I get ARD ? I am a single mom 24/7. I can not loose my son.. I have not been out like that in about 13 years , i went to a xmas party.. I did have 2 jobs , now I am down to 1 ... my one job my coworkers tried to look up information on this DUI on the computer and I got mad not at work but at home on the phone to one of my coworkers that I thought was my friend, you see she told my boss I was upset so my boss called me up and said that it is public information and not to step foot in her spa again. can I sue her or maybe collect.. Help will i be losing my drivers license ?

You have several questions, and haven't really provided enough information to answer any of them completely.

ARD is totally up to the District Attorney.

You have to tell me the circumstances of the traffic stop or arrest (how did it happen?) and what your blood alcohol level was for me to fully answer about penalty, and drivers license suspension.

You also didn't say why you were fired from your job...was it because of your conversation with your coworker or because of the arrest? The answer to your question MAY depend upon the answer.

Information about arrests is public information.

The one thing that is certain is that you will need an attorney.
