Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
expunging DUI from driving record
I pleaded guilty to a DUI on 6/17/2001 - went through the resulting probation,ARD, and license suspension. I am a OTR driver and need to get this expunged from my driving record. How would I go about getting this done?

Re: expunging DUI from driving record
You have to go to the County where you were sentenced and pick up the forms to Petition to Expunge. Different counties handle these differently. It is best to consult a local attorney before filing for a number of reasons but the primary reason is because you do not want to file and have it denied when it may be automatically removed in 2008.
