failing an intoxalock test

i live in p.a. i am currently on probation. what are the potential penalties for having failed test results on the intoxalock?

At worst, your P.O. can violate you on your probation and a judge can put you in jail. A condition of your probation is/may be that you are not permitted to drink alcohol. The intoxalock will provide evidence that you violated your probation. Remember, you have the right to remain silent, even when it is your P.O. asking you questions...remain silent & ask for a lawyer.

Depending on your P.O., the level of alcohol that was "observed" will affect the decision as to whether the info needs to be presented to your judge. You should contact an experienced lawyer right away for more info.
