fighting an underage drinking citation

recently i was citied for an underage the officer never gave me a breathealyzer and never gotten blood work done but when the officer asked if i was drinking i said i had a few is it possible to get the charges dropped

anything is possible. the answer to your question depends on the officers personality and how reasonable he will be.

Officers will rarely drop charges for underage drinking but if it is a first offense you may be able to have the charges dropped by performing community service if no vehicle was involved.
