Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
I flipped my car about 2 miles from home while driving drunk. I fled the scene and the police came ot my house about 10 minutes later. I was injured and the ambulance was called. This would be my 3rd DUI. Is it possible to get away with being charged as I left the scene and they can not prove I was driving the car?
