Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

my friend is moving to ohio but she has a court order in the state of pennsylvania to go to drug and alcohol treatment. Can she still move to ohio?

It depends on the court order. Does the court order specify where she has to do the drug and alcohol treatment? I would suggest talking to her lawyer, who can work it out with the court or probation to allow her to take this somewhere else.
