Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Gagnon Hearing 1

I have been placed on parole for a 1st time DUI offense. I was given until September 9 to finish all requirements. However, since I did not attend community service every week (I only have 3 days left ) My Parole officer is holding a Gagnon 1 Hearing for violiation of parole. Can they detain me at that hearing?

I'm not sure of the practice in Philadelphia. Maybe someone familiar with it can advise you.
