Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Gettin licence back

I just recieved my second d.u.i almost a year ago, the offense occured during when my licence was suspended for my first d.u.i, I served three months in jail and four months of house arrest, i am currently enrolled in college and 24 years old, is there anything i can do to get a work licence or can a lawyer knock away some time off my suspension which i do not get back until 2013
