Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

my girlfriend is on her way to the mental health facilaty. She must go and will be there for a few weeks. The prob is she has a prelim in a day n half. how does the court view this no show.

Call the court. Just don't do a no show. A no show results in a warrant. Call them and ask for a continuance as a result of her hospitalization. If she has an attorney, he/she should be advised and should handle it with the court.

A letter from the rehab if possible---she has to sign a release--don;t wait until the last minute. Call the court---if she has a lawyer--make sure the lawyer knows!
