was hit by a dui driver in company car
i was hit by a dui driver in a company car he is not on the insurance ploicy what do we do. it has been a week and thay still have not called the insurance com so we can not get the car fixed

You should DEFINITELY speak to an attorney right away. We handle these cases on a fully contingent fee basis. That means that you don't pay a dime unless you recover. if anyone in your vehicle was injured in any way, you should make sure they get the appropriate care and you should consider getting a lawyer. If no one was injured in your car, you should contact your insurance company and ask them for help.
