You will be notified of a date for a Preliminary Hearing before a Magisterial District Judge. At the Preliminary Hearing it is more than likely that you will be held for Court but the Judge may recommend Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. You then sign a subpoena for an arraignment Date. If you elect to accept A.R.D. you will likely be interviewed on the date of the arraignment for A.R.D. and advised of the requirements to complete your sentence. You should hire an attorney or, if you can't afford one, contact the Office of the County Public Defender as soon as possible.
