Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I was just issued an underage citation. I am 20 years old, and was operating a vehicle with all of the passengers being over the age of 21. I had had one glass of wine, and we happened to pass through a police checkpoint. I was breathalyzed and blew a 0.026, and was told the legal limit for someone my age was a 0.02. I was just looking for some knowledge about the other things that might happen. Will my insurance rate change? What happens to my license as far as points/suspension? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would need some additional info about what happened. If you give me a call, I could better advise you. I would need to know where this happened and if you have any prior record. If this is a first offense, you probably would be eligible for the ARD program where the charges are dismissed after completion of classes and fines.
