The 90 days is a mandatory minimum. You may be able to get weekends or work release (where you spend nights inside). I offer free consultations.

The sentence is a Mandatory sentence, unless charges are dropped, dismissed, or you're found innocent you will have to serve 90 days. However what type of 90 days is up to the DA's recommendation, you could receive House arrest w/ work release, or serve your time at an alternate housing facility.

My office also offers flat rate pricing and free consultations, for additional information please visit my firm's website at www.AlleghenyAttorneys.com or by calling my office at 412.731.0865.
