Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

juvenile rights

my 2 sons were at a friends and there was alcohol, the police came and forced the kids to take a breathalyzer test. my 2 sons told the police officers they want their parents present and the local officers stuck the device in my younger sons mouth and the other son got arrested for refusing. they pleaded not guilty and I feel that the police had no right to do this without a parent consent and being present. do I have a legitimate right to fight these charges for my kids?

Re: juvenile rights

You should fight the charges because of the penalties. The police will testify to whatever is necessary to win. You need to get the charges changed or dropped. I offer free initial consultations.
