Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Dude, you NEED an attorney. There are a lot of variables, each case a little different, and the law cares about details. Was this DUI #1, #2, #3? WHY were you driving, was it an emergency? Was it for you, or were you doing someone a favor (my brother had a DUI stop, where a kids mother was falling down drunk, and she was going to drop the kid off at his father's, he thought he was OK, so he drove the kid, out of concern for the kid)? Do you normally have provisions in place to get you around so you do not drive yourself? Were you going to or from a bar? Why were you stopped, something small, or were you driving like a mad man? Will your employer give you a letter, or appear in court to say what a good guy and good employee you are, and how he will set you up to work from a home office? First driving w/o a license? These all make a difference. You may be screwed, no one can tell w/o looking at everything. Like I said, you need an attorney.
