Non-trafic citation

i got the citation for possession and transporting beer but, I had no i dea it was there my moms husband left it in there should i fight the charges

It can't hurt to plead not guilty and let the Judge decide. You might also want to consider having your Step-father come to court and admit it was his if he's willing to do so.
