first offense for under age drinking

I recieved a citation for underage drinking, i was not driving i was in a residence and i am 18. I have never even had a speeding ticket and they are ready to take my license away for this first minor offense...what can i do???please help!

A ggod lawyer can often negotiate this citation to a first offenders diversion program or plea it down to disorderly conduct which carries no suspension. I ave done this on numerous occasions. I offer free consultations.
