Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
new third offense dui law
supposedly there is a new bill being passed for third dui offenders. it will state that they will not go to jail, but go on house arrest. if passed will this only apply to new offenders or already convicted as well?

It depends on how the law is written, but I assure you it will not apply to those in jail now.
