pa instant check system challenge

i was denied for a purshase of a shotgun recently and challenge it ,the possible reasons for denial were dui and reckless driving i want to know if there is anything to do to change this

That wouldn't be the reason unless you were convicted of three separate DUIs within the preceding 5 years.
