Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

pa 3rd dui

i'm facing a 3rd dui charge with a highest bac level. all 3 since 2000. i understand the penalties, but i also understand judges have leeway as to sentencing. i'd like to know how to get the least possile penalties, especially since seeing a pa 7th and 8th guilty plea in pa with a sentence of 6 months house arrest. how is that possible? and how do i get that kind of lienency?

Starting an alcohol treatment regimine( AA or in- patient) prior to sentencing shows realization on your part that you may have alcohol abuse problems. Also an AA sponsor may be willing to testify at your sentencing to your remorse and realization of your wrongdoing. In addition there are many alternative sentencing options including house arrest, work release, weekends that may be available. I offer free consultations.
