Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
If I had a party & left a cooler on my 1/2 acre lot on my deck & my neighbors 19 year old came over without permission after we went to bed & stole beer - would I be liable if he were arrested or in accident?

I don't think so. You gave no permission to either enter your property, or take your personal property (the beer). As a result, you should have no liability. Just to make sure, you might want to file a police report if the kid got into any trouble -- that clarifies that you did not give permission. Best of luck to you.
