Need to know possible penalties

I have to appear in court for a DUI. I have had one other DUI approximately 7-8 years ago. Could anyone please tell me the possible penalties that I will be facing? Best and worst case scenarios, please.

Re: Need to know possible penalties

The penalties are enhanced based on blood alchol level and/or refussal of test. General Impairment 5 days to six months, High blood alcohol or General Impairment with accident 30 days to six months. Highest BAC, Drug Use or refusal, 90 days to 5 years.
