Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
what happens when a person is stopped and has no valid drivers licence. no car insuramce, and cited for dui in the state of pa? is there jail time when the court time is due for all these offenses at the same time?

Not necessarily for all but driving while suspended if the suspension is DUI related could result in a jail sentence
