Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Poor attorneys

I was brought up on DUI charges that were very questionable. The attorney I hired was also very questionable considering he never called the District Attorney, didn't show up for my hearing and to this day has not contacted me. I paid $2,500 and received absolutely no assistance. After talking with another friend who is also an attorney, he stated that my blood test showed I was below 0.08% and not intoxicated. What can I do absolutely about this attorney

Re: Poor attorneys

if we are being honest, you should worry about the dui first. think of yourself first. forget about questionable the lawyer. who cares about him/her. if your bac is below .08, go get another lawyer to either try to get ard or go fight it. that is usually a fightable number.

seriously, think of yourself first.
