Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Hi! I was pulled over in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The officer smelled marijuanna in my vehicle and did a search. I'm being charge with the following. Since this is my first DUI offense should I ask for ARD. What do you think I might get for these charges?

DUI: Gen IMP/INC of driving Safely

DUI: Controlled Substance

Use/Poss of Drug Paraph

Possession of small amount of marijuana

ssb duties at a stop sign.

You should contact an attorney right away. You have been charged with BOTH possession and DUI. The drug element will put you into the HIGHEST tier of DUI, which will be a real problem for you (there are three tiers). There may be pre-trial intervention available to you.
