Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

do i have a record?

I was cited for underage drinking at age 19 and was not driving and pled not guilty. The judge had me write a paper for my punishment. Do I have a record and if so how to i get rid of it?

Re: do i have a record?

If you were simply cited, it was a summary offense. Generally, there will not be a record. I'm assuming that the "Judge" you refer to was a local Magisterial District Judge rather than a Judge of the Court of Common Please. If it was the latter and you were finger printed and photographed then there will be a record and to get rid of it you have to have it expunged.
