Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Records Erased at age 18

I was arrested for underage drinking with a .01 alcohol level at age 17. I will be 18 in 4 days. Does this citation get revoked or does it remain?

If you are waiting for the Hearing, you will still have to go. If it involves a license suspension, your license will still be suspended.

First of all, if you have not retained counsel yet, you should. The penalties for minors involve some serious license suspension. Plus, getting your record expunged is not an automatic thing when you turn 18. You should retain counsel for this hearing, to explore your opportunities for A.R.D.
