Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

relocation while on probation

My husband is on probation for a DUI. We want to move from southern PA to northern Delaware. I need to know what is required by law to do this. We are looking at buying a house so we don't have an address yet that we will be moving to. It depends on if the offer on the house is excepted. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Re: relocation while on probation

You want to contact his probation officer and have him or her contact the probation office in Delaware. It is not generally as difficult to transfer probation as it is to transfer parole.
