Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Rules for DUI for vehicle ownership

I have a friend who is 20 years old and living in PA, his mom gave him the car to go out with a friend for the evening. He got drunk with his 21 year old friend, and the 21 year old friend was driving, they got pulled over for a DUI (the 21 yr old) are there any repercussions to the owner of the vehicle? She was not present but did give her son permission to use the vehicle. Thanks for your help.
