Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Salvia divinorum's legality

This isn't a DUI question, but it's the closest category to drugs as I can find. Is the relatively safe drug salvia divinorum still legal to possess/sell/grow/use while not driving in PA? I know there have been bills in the past, but I think they have died because nobody could find salvia's use problematic. There could be new bills now. Would you know?

Re: Salvia divinorum's legality

It seems to be legal in Pennsylvania. I looked for both the name and the psychoactive ingredient in both statutes and case law and could find nothing.

It looks like the attempts to outlaw it are limited to about five states.
