Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I went around a school bus with flashin yellow lights, who was backing down a street to turn around. My entire lane was open she remained stopped, ( I was at a complete stop too watching her back in a street) then, proceeded. As i passed (slowly) she honked and glared. She had a bit of a hard time backing up and was stoped perpindicular to traffic with no red lights. Should I be concerned in gettin a ticket?
