State vs Chun

If my case is stayed pending the result of this case can another state still take my liscense?

I don't think you've given sufficient information for an answer but rather than reject the question I'll take a stab at it.

If the reason the other state is taking your license has to do with the pending case, I would think the suspension or revocation would be stayed also unless you are licensed in the other state and their laws provide for suspension or revocation in your circumstances regardless of the outcome of the case that is stayed.
