Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
Status of Fines and Warrant
I had a case in Pa there were still fines and a warrant, i looked on the pacourts website and it now says case closed. Does that mean the warrants are fines are now closed as well?

Re: Status of Fines and Warrant
If this was a DUI case and a bench warrant was issued, then it was probably issued for a technical probation violation for not paying the fines. You want to take care of that before you get picked up for a traffic violation and spend jail time while it gets straightened out.

no. you still owe the money. often it becomes a civil judgment, but some criminal judges try to keep the cases open for fines and costs.
pay it.
