Statute of limitations on DUI

i was arrested over ago on dui charges but the cop dropped the charge to a misdemeanor and we had all the paperwork he filled out noterized. The magistrate is tring to push to make it a full dui charge. I have been to court a couple of times and they keep continuing the case. Has my statute of limitations been met? What can i do?

I can not make heads or tails of your question

from the facts presented. I suggest you gather up

your papers and take them to a lawyer. It is very unlikely that any limitation periods have passed.
