Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I came home form work and my room mates had a couple of people over my house. they were drinking when came home.I went to bed to sleep around 1:30am. My room mates friend, When I was asleep, unlocked my room door, took my car keys and took my car in the middle of the night. my room mate woke mme up and asked me if I allowed his friend to take my car. I said no.... eventually I found out that he got pulled over by the police, ran from them in my car and severly crashed my car. What should i do?

Call the police and have him charged with stealing your car; and, hope the police don't charge you with allowing him to drive.
