Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

suspended license

my license was suspended 7 yrs ago, due to a DUI, i have paid all the fines relating to this accident hoping that i will get it back, but unbeknowns to me, the insurance company has put a hold on it till ipay their cost of which they want several thousand dollars up fron which i do not have...upfront...what could i do

I'm assuming you had a judgment entered against you as a result of an accident and you had no insurance at the time to pay it for you....
