Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
If someone takes the blame for another
What happens if one took the blame of wrecking a vehicle and being charged with dui and other charges, when it actually wasn't them since they took the blame for a friend who really was the driver because the friend happens to be on probation and was drunk? What will happen of the person charged decided to tell the police the truth before the hearing?

I've actually seen this before. It creates serious problems. Both the actual driver and the friend should retain attorneys.

This sounds like a very serious problem. You should definitely talk to private counsel. Give our offices a call as soon as possible, before a hearing. We can represent you or get you counsel.
