You will receive a civil notice of suspension. In order to appeal this on the civil side of the Court, you fill out a Petition and file it with the Court. It's hard to say what your chances are. You may also want to apply for a Limited Occupational License since that seems to apply to education as well as work. You would contact PennDOT for the Petition for that.
