I am 19 I got pulled over and there was a six pack of beer, unopened sitting in the back seat of my car. my moms husband (co-signer of the car) used the car earlier that night to get beer and left it in there is there anything i can do? I really cant afford this charge on my record

Under those facts, I think you are likely to be found not guilty.

you always have the right to plea not guilty and fight. in this type of case i would be interested to know if the beer was in plain view or if it was in a brown paper bag, no bag, open bag, etc. also will your step dad go to court for you?
