Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Why no trial?

My Boyfriend got pulled over for a DUI in July, 2007. He was arraigned in Aug., 2008 but has gotten no notice of a court date. What's happening here?

When were the charges filed? When did he get the written charges in the mail? There are several possibilities here...please give me more information on this. By arraigned do you mean in Court, or in front of a magistrate? Email me. Also, what county is this in?

He will receive the date, if he has not already. He should contact the court, because not receiving it will not be an excuse. Feel free to call and we will look into it.
