Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

underage without breathalyzer or blood test

Hi, I am 18 an I was recently at a party which was busted by cops. They wrote down names and thats it, they never asked to see IDs or give any type of sobriety test, no blood test or breathalyzers were given, they then just left, leaving people still at the house. Do i have grounds to fight this underage? They also never stated that they were giving ciations either.

You have a good defense. Your mere presence if such can be proved does not mean you were violating the law. You need an attorney to make the legal argument involved. I offer free consultations.
