underage drinking charge

I turned 21 a month after i got the citation i had one before and i dont want to lose my license again, what do i say?

Well, you're probably going to lose your license again. A lot depends on the MDJ that hears the case. It's best to get a local attorney that handles this type of case. There's a possibility that the cops may let you plead to something else that only ivolves a fine.
