Underage drinking

i got charged with underage drinking drug periphenilia corruption of minor and transporting alcohol. I had 2 weeks before my court date so i decided to go to a party where people where drinking. That party got busted and i got another underage the court order me to go for evaluation and if i completed mental health (which they referred me to) and didn't get into any trouble since i was put on probation everything would be exponged. A year and a half has went by an i jus got a letter from the court saying i owe money for my second underage and didn't complete any classes. Is there a way for me to get out of my second one by showing i'm still currently going to outpatient mental health? An now have a job and i am a full-time college student. Also i'm going to be 21 years old in a month

Well, you are going to have to deal with it in some manner. A lot depends on the County where this took place and in some cases, even the Municipality. You should retain a local attorney in the County or area where the second offense occurred.
