Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
Underage drinking...
If I got a citation for underage drinking, does it have to be the arresting officer who would reduce the crime to disorderly conduct or can the judge himself do that? Or say the officer does not reduce the offense, would I have to lose my license or could the judge just give me a fine and/or community service?

The Judge can just give you a fine and community service and that's what they do.
