Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

underage drinking citation

I just got an underage drinking citation and plead not guilty (the officer told me to) and have court coming up. In the past i have gotten a DUI and got it expunged as well as an underage citation a year ago that got dismissed. Will the judge or officer bring up these prior offenses? and if the judge asks me if i have ever been in trouble before do i have to tell him about the other charges even though they arent supposed to be on my record anymore?

Re: underage drinking citation

At your hearing, it is likely that the officer will have your criminal record. Even though your record has been expunged, he may still see periods of suspension on your driving record. If the judge asks about your prior history, you cannot lie to him, but you can tell him that they were expunged. Also, you should note that if you are found guilty, you will lose your license.
