Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Underage Drinking

This question has nothing to do with drinking and driving. I couldn't find a category for it, so I took something that was slighty related.

What is the best way to go about this:

Walking back to my dorm, cops stopped me and my friend. We got citations for underage drinking and we took breatilizer tests and I blew a 0.18 and he blew a 0.17. I soon have to go to the magistrate to plead guilty or not guilty. What is the best thing for me to do?

Thank You

Re: Underage Drinking

A lawyer might be able to get a deal for a disorderly conduct versus underage drinking. The benefit is no license suspension. I offer free consultations.
