Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
Possible underage drinking, trespassing, building a fire, furnishing, littering
Im 19 years old, Game commission caught me on land next to a river with no posted signs, and is charging with all the above in the subject line. They took no brethalizer tests. Cans were floating in the river that didn't belong to me. Can i really be charged for all of this without proof of drinking?

They can charge you with anything, but convicting you of it is another matter. There has to be proof of drinking to convict of underage drinking.
They also charged you with furnishing alcohol to minors? Who were they--you don't mention anybody else. That would have to be proven also.
And, what do you mean by POSSIBLE underage drinking? It is either a charge or it's not, there is no crime of "possible" underage drinking.
