Re: underage drinking

You face a license suspension for the underage drinking so a lawyer is definitely wise to have. The lawyer can entere his appearance on your behalf and ask the court to waive collateral or you can set up the hearing your self by following the instructions listed on the citations you received. Make sure you check not guilty, payment with no check mark on not guilty, means guilty. I offer free initial consultations.

Re: underage drinking

You plead not guilty by signing on the line that says not guilty, and sending it back to the magistrate.

You should get an attorney involved in order to avoid the license suspension involved with the underage charge.

Re: underage drinking

You are subject to having your license suspended for the underage drinking, even though you were not driving. You should talk to a private attorney as soon as possible.

Feel free to call our offices, we don't charge for initial consultations.
