Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

underage dui

I am 18 and got charged for dui. I caused a mnor fender bender, and had a miner in the car with me, I got a blood test. I see a lawyer tomorrrow and my court date is June 1st. I graduate on June 8th and start college on August 15th, but I have to commute .. Will I still be allowed to go to college and what could happen to me. I NEVER hav been in trouble brfore. The miner in the car was 16

Give our offices a call. The fact that you were in an accident AND had a minor in the car are statutory barriers to probation, so you will have to take this case to trial. Give our offices a call.
